圣米歇尔伊莎贝尔女王酒店的点评
点评：Compelled to leave a review as we struggled to find any recent ones. Have stayed in Arenal numerous times, it’s just so easy, especially for a long weekend- 5 minutes from airport , you have everything you need shops, bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It made a good impression when on arrival a group of lads in reception were asked to keep the noise down. This was brilliant as the area can be noisy at night and we have struggled in the past in other hotels with no regulation or policing of rowdy/loud behaviour. We slept well, no noise issues. Rooms spotlessly clean and beds super comfortable! Air conditioning was brilliant. Rooms cleaned daily and of an acceptable standard. Food was good, only criticism is that it was not hot. We all found plenty to eat and a lovely selection of deserts. The sky bar makes amazing cocktails. All of the staff go above and beyond, the staff make the place. All of them
So lovely, welcoming and helpful. We were very fond of Fatima in the dining room, she is absolutely lovely. It was a pleasure to meet her and also Juan in the dining hall. We missed Fatima on her well earned days off! If I had one criticism, it would be there is the bar is not open by the main pool. It would have been perfect if there was a bar here, even just for water and soft drinks. And maybe some music playing. Other than that, great stay and im sure we will return one day. Separate note, we struggled to park our hire car- worth noting if this is something you plan to do.
