点评:I was expecting more for something I paid €100 on just for entry. Upon arrival I was already met with a bad first impression.
The first thing I saw were the kiddy pools, and my god they were absolutely filthy. There was algae and this brown crust building up on the steps and the smell was disgusting. The water was so murky you literally couldn’t see your feet despite the depth being less a metre. I took one step into the pool and felt my toes curling. They put this spiky concrete material at the base of the pool, and it felt like stepping on Lego. they I slid down one slide within this pool and fell into the water and skidded across the ground, bleeding immediately. The water you land in is less than half a metre deep but I can’t complain because I am obviously not a child, it wasn’t intended for me, but I watched lots of young children getting injured from these slides.
You have to pay for lockers ? Not the most outlandish thing I’ve heard but most water parks have free lockers for the interest of the visitors safety. They also give you a random 6 digit code with no way of remembering, since you can’t take your phone with you. Im good with numbers but there’s no way I’ll remember that after a water park. I bought water because it was incredibly hot (36 degrees Celsius) And it was €4 for a 500ml bottle lol. Also I didn’t even look at the food, I saw a singular burger being sold for €20, and it looked no better than a McDonald’s cheeseburger. They also had “meal deals” but in fine print you had to buy the drink separately lol. You also had to pay €5.. for a lounge chair. They sold fast passes ranging from €25 to €70 and I wish I bought it before I waited 2 hours for a single ride. You get your own exclusive rings and it cuts the line waiting times by at least 3 quarters, but because of this people with the fast pass will go on the same rides over and over. They could go on a ride 5 times in the amount of time it takes to wait for it once without a fast pass. Fair enough, they paid for it, but this triples the already very long waiting time for people without it.
The first ride i went on was fine, the line was quite short and it was really exhilarating to go on. Though you did have to climb a rusty set of metal stairs all the way up barefoot, wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t as hot as an oven. The next ride was when things started to deteriorate.
The line was about 40 minutes long. I tried to have high hopes because that can be the case with theme parks, but the ride itself was abysmal. There was clearly no safety regulations being followed, and the ride itself felt broken. This ride went around in loops and would fall into a small ppl of water, then continue looping until you reached the end. It seems like the lifeguards would just keep letting people on without population control and every time you hit a pool of water you would crash into a group of people stuck inside the pool. The lifeguards had to push everyone one by one to fix the congestion. Someone a bit obese slid right into my back and I almost drowned lol. I saw a poor kid no older than 8 get flipped over from someone crashing into him and he could not resurface because of all the pool floats obstructing the surface of the water.
I think what made me leave the park early was the cobra ride. The line didnt look too long upon first glance, maybe 30-20 minutes. I got into the line and chatted with my friend. 20 minutes in and I realised we had barely moved, but I looked behind us and the line was piling up. We didn’t want to leave now because it could be longer in future. I kid you not. I sat down, got tired, and drifted off to sleep for who knows how long, and I woke up, and the queue had only moved up by one person. There was also no ceiling covers from the scorching sun so I watched a lot of fair skinned people turn into tomatoes lol. I was soaking wet when I got into the line and less than halfway I was dry. Even my hair was dry. We waited 1 hour for a ring. The line was so long I watched two girls have an argument and they ended their friendship at the end of the line. What bothers me is that there was a huge pile of fast pass rings, and it was probably double the amount of normal rings, so if someone with the fast pass wanted to go on, they could just skip the 1 hour queue.
This was just the queue for the rings, there was another queue for the actual ride itself. It was in a tower with no windows or air conditioning so I couldn’t see how long it actually was until I got there. Boy it was bad. Because of the lack of windows and air conditioning i was basically being cooked alive. There were at least 20 flights of metal stairs with steps literally resembling a cheese grater , my feet still have marks. The metal also became burning hot with the sun so whenever I touched the railing it felt like touching a hot oven tray. It was insane. This line also took an hour, maybe a little more. I fell asleep on the steps twice lol. My muscles are still aching days later from standing and curling up into a ball on those uncomfortable rusty stairs.
When we got to the end the ride was actually incredibly underwhelming lol. It wasn’t even scary until this big drop which was very fun but not worth 2 hours. I think I went on one more ride with my friends that took another hour and we simply just gave up. We had arrived right when the park opened and the park was closing in an hour. We just turned around and left early. On the way back we saw super cool rides but they were fart pass exclusive lol.
If you are willing to spend lots of money on a waterpark, this is for you. Most of the rides were really fun but the long waiting times smothered out the fun. Buy the fast pass and have a great time, but the health and safety issues cannot be ignored and I pray you don’t encounter any.
-I recommend bringing your own food and drinks because it’s ridiculously expensive.
- Bring sunscreen if you are sensitive to the sun!! You will be out in the sun waiting and it’s better to be safe than sorry and apply suncream after every few water rides, even if it is waterproof.
- I wouldn’t recommend going if the temperature is over 30*C, and definitely dont bring children if it’s that hot, they cannot handle that heat and you are bring irresponsible if you take them out in that.
- soak yourself in water before every line if it’s hot out. Cools you down and keeps you comfy in the line
- Definitely bring good swimmers with you, and if not, only bring them to ring rides because a lot of the pools the slides dump you in are too deep for non swimmers.
- Read the rules before coming here, read a lot of negative reviews just because they didn’t follow the rules and had to compensate.
- Dont come here with injuries or even small cuts. And take a shower immediately afterward, this place isn’t sanitary enough to avoid infection.
- Leave the line if it’s moving slow, even if it’s only been 5 minutes, because those 5 minutes will turn into 5 hours lol.
- buy the fast pass if you want to have fun.
Horrible experience , wish I could make a time machine and slap the me who paid for this.
( and maybe I would attend a Radiohead concert )
