点评：We received a 600 eur gift voucher as a wedding gift from a friend. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience.
Firstly, be aware that if you want to order a set menu, the whole table has to get the same set menu. This meant that my non-vegetarian husband had to have the vegetarian menu. Yes, we could've ordered a la carte, but we thought that part of the experience was trying a chef's tasting menu. At the prices they are charging, I don't see why for a two person table they can't do a different menu (bearing in mind they have the same number of courses); I've not been anywhere else where this is the case, including other michelin establishments.
Secondly, the vegetarian menu just wasn't that great. Everything was decent (but not outstanding) until the main course and dessert.
The main course was some kind of coffee-flavoured tempeh, I am an adventurous eater but this was inedible. Seeing how little we liked this, they brought my husband a meat main, which was at least a nice gesture. The dessert was a 'sweet minestrone' in which they had raw vegetables paired with a vanilla semifreddo type thing and chocolate base. This wasn't a case of innovation, it was a case of 'these things do not belong together' - it really was objectively not nice.
On the other hand, the service was good, waiters were nice and attentive. The bread course was great (but you're not paying to get bread here) and some of the other dishes were quite nice, especially the hazelnut spaghetti. The wine was great and the sommelier very helpful.
