点评：We saw this place online so booked lunch. It has apparently been open since last November and we wished we had been before. The menu reads like typical pub food but was way above average. My steak sandwich was one of the best I have ever had and my partner’s Salt and Seafood Pizza with a generous amount of Exmouth prawns was also very good. The place is child-friendly with a proper choice for kids’ meals.
The beer selection is wide ranging and changes according to the season. I was hoping to try their Oatmeal Stout which wasn’t available that day but the Dark Lager was a good substitute. The house IPA was also delicious. They have a comprehensive wine and cocktail list if you prefer to go that route. They do a house Margaret River Shiraz and SSB for $8.50 a glass/$38 a bottle. The bar staff were very knowledgeable and happy to chat through the beer options. There is plenty of space in the bar area, outside and upstairs in the mezzanine. This is a great spot if you live in the Mandurah/Halls Head/Dawesville area or if passing through going to or coming back from further down south.
