点评：Staying in Como WA and saw Cucina 91 open in Preston Street. It was a new business in a building where there had been a good Italian restaurant about 12 monthys back, obviously new owners so we thought, 'Why not?'. Great experience- restaurant had only been open four weeks, but open, really friendly and welcoming staff. Small but excellent range of menu choices- 4 antipasto style startes, great range of 'standard' and premium pizzas. We had Gnocchi starter- really nice deep fried gnocchi with excellent proscuitto, and great dip. Very tasty. then Premium seafoord pizza- great crust and topping, added little surprises like some very spicy chilli here and there, crust was just crisped around the edges as they should be.
Small wine range, lots of good Italian wines but not so many Aussie wines- although the ones we saw were very good quality, and we loved our choice.
Staff professional, attentive and friendly but also gave us plenty of us time- perfect balance.
Menu likely to expand as this great place gets established, but already a top choice for a bite of Italy. We will be back!!
