点评：Average at best, undercooked pizzas x 3 and non-attentive staff. Visited tonight and ordered 3 pizzas. All 3 were undercooked and had limited toppings. My gluten free pizza base, whilst being quite a pleasant GF base to eat was served warm only and the toppings not piping hot as you would expect when ordering a pizza direct from a wood fired oven. The cheese wasn’t even melted all over which made it unpleasant to eat. The toppings were minimal. The other two pizzas had similar issue that I had, undercooked. If they had have been in the oven for a bit longer they would have been much better. Not sure why the chef rushed our pizzas out as the restaurant did not seem very busy at the time. When we arrived the staff didn’t greet us at the door, instead they yelled out from the counter to check I had a booking. I yelled back we did and they then proceeded to seat us. Hardly had a waiter visit us all night. Central Torquay location which is good. If you want a quick fuss free meal maybe this is worth a go and hopefully not all customers have an experience like ours.
