点评:I am always delighted when I arrive at a cemetery and see that it's picturesque... this cemetery is not only beautifully maintained but it has breath-taking views. Even though you are in the town of Moe... and I do mean in it...here you are surrounded by residential area... it is really quite lovely.
Whilst it's recognised from 1882 that was only when the government recognised it as a cemetery. There have been burials here before 1879.
Volunteers help maintain the area. It is located on a slope, so some care will be needed if you are using a mobility aid.
You will notice headstones of interest such as the one for Desmond John...who was accidentally killed on the 19th September, 1970 at the age of 21. And the Bell family that has many names on the headstone... one of those is Frederick who was killed in action in Gallipoli... or William who was killed on the Solomon Islands... and of course Rev. A.A.Bell.
And of course the cemetery also has a lone pine tree to remember the Gallipoli landing for the ANZACs.

当然还有 A.A.Bell 牧师。
