Pacific Beach Resort的点评
点评：I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Right from the onset our stay was a hassle. We were 6 x 40–50-year-old ladies who had been looking forward to our reunion for 2 years on the sunshine coast. We had all travelled from different parts of Australia and NZ to come together. On booking our accommodation we asked for 6 x single beds. On arrival there were 4 even though it was noted in our booking that they had in their systems. They couldn't supply us with an apartment with 6 x beds, so we were provided with 2 x rollaway beds, which 1 x broken. Due to this - we had to use a foam mattress that we had to put on the floor that we luckily had with us.
There was a water leak in the bedroom and that damaged our personal foam mattress and took that out of play - now making us down one bed.
We continued to have difficulty with reception and getting help - often it was closed, or the staff couldn't help.
Overall, the entire experience was unsatisfactory. The apartment itself was in a great location, but old and tired and needing a refresh.
We ended up spending a weekend trying to sort out logistics of our accommodation verse catching up with each other and relaxing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
