点评：As a local, I've given this place more than 10 goes since opening and sadly each time am disappointed by the service. I've also never left a trip advisor review but feel today's experience justified the effort. Today my husband and I went for a morning coffee, we were the first customers there at 7am and didn't get served for 20 minutes after asking 3 times. In this time, we watched the two staff serve several takeaway coffees, tidy up, arrange coffee cups and empty coffee grinds while we sat waiting. Eventually we placed our order and then waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees and still didn't receive them. Upon going up to the counter, seemingly the staff had no clue we'd even ordered (not sure what they were doing) and didn't offer an apology when we mentioned that we couldn't wait any longer. This is not a unique experience, it has happened to me at least 9/10 times I've been, the staff are all over the shop and embarrassingly I've witnessed the owners/managers reprimanding them in public. Such a shame as we were hopeful for this local but after today, won't be returning.
