点评：My partner and I were so disappointed with Hoyts Lux Chatswood. It was our first time, so we were excited but it ended up a horrible experience. The only good thing was the movie and the seats were comfy, but the service and the food??? omg it was terrible! It’s like the service button is so useless! everytime we press it, no one would come!! not until 40mins after like it’s crazy, the food and drinks were so delayed! They even got our drinks wrong! the spring roll wrapper was soo raw, it was so chewy lol. The burgers were cold and the hotdog was so cheap and raw. They just made it sound good on the menu, german sausage?? it was so cold and not cooked properly! like it’s just a hotdog for goodness sake😓😪 Honestly, we could have gone and bought the food ourselves and not get thirsty while watching. It is just so not worth it for the Lux price. It’s just the same quality of movie anyway, so never again with lux, it’s not a lux experience at all. Highly NOT recommended.
