库努纳拉酒店的点评
点评：Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when our car needed to be jump started.
A very basic breakfast was included, just cereal, toast and fruit, but it made things easier and more convenient in the mornings. The 2 young men overseeing the breakfast on 3 of our 4 mornings were delightful, but the same can't be said for the young girl who was working there on our last morning. No smile, no work ethic or effort! She obviously did not want to be there!
The room was a bit on the small side, but had a comfy bed. We reported the badly leaking shower, but nothing was done about it.
The worst of all, was the very loud music we had to put up with on Friday and Saturday nights, the first 2 nights of our stay going on until midnight in the sports bar!!! DJ nightclub music thumping through our walls on Friday night and a band who couldn't sing to save their lives on Saturday night!! No thought or regard for their paying guests who arrive extremely tired after a very long day's drive only wanting to get a peaceful, early night's sleep!!!
After putting in my complaint, the young receptionist proceeded to say that they receive many complaints all the time to the point where a lot of guests cancel their bookings and leave, but apparently it falls on deaf ears as the owner/manager does nothing about it!!
If that wasn't enough, on Monday night when we wanted an early night as we were leaving the next morning for another long day's drive, we had a goup of aboriginal men and women verbally fighting, yelling and screaming at each other within the grounds of the hotel for hours!!
DO NOT stay here if you're after peace and quiet!!!

在我提出投诉后，年轻的接待员接着说，他们一直收到很多投诉，以至于很多客人取消预订并离开，但显然酒店对此置若罔闻，因为业主/经理对此无动于衷！！
如果这还不够，周一晚上，当我们想早点睡觉，因为第二天早上我们要离开，再开一天漫长的车时，我们遇到了一群土著男女在酒店内互相打架、大喊大叫，持续了几个小时！！
如果您追求安宁和安静，千万不要住在这里！！！
