BE CAREFUL!!! Big Roller Coaster didn't have restraints done up

点评：Saturday night my daughter and her boyfriend and my son in law and my 5 year old grandson went on the Big Roller Coaster at this amusement park. Three of them had purchased the late night ride pass, the boyfriend $20 in tokens. The first ride they went to was the big roller coaster. My daughter's boyfriend had to yell at the employees as the roller coaster started to go up the hill. Their restraints had not been done up, the employee in charge had not checked every ones restraints at all. The emergency stop was used and everyone was evacuated off the ride. I am watching from the ground, scared and not sure what was happening. Just knowing something was wrong. I was very upset and scared.
We went back to the booth for a refund on the passes as now everyone is scared. They only refunded the person who had paid $20 for the tokens as he gave most of them back. The other passes they said they would give them for another day, but no one was coming back anytime soon as it would only be operating on weekends in Sept. This happened over the long weekend Sept 2015. I saw the owner later as we headed home. I asked if I could speak with him for a moment. He said yes, but kept moving so I had to walk to catch up. I asked if he was aware of the situation and he said yes. I asked if there was anything he could do. He said as soon as someone mentioned suing them, that was it done deal , they were not discussing it, the emergency stop worked and everyone got off safe and no one was hurt, and he walked away. Rudest person I have ever met. My daughter had told the lady at the sales booth selling the tickets, after they would not refund the passes, that she was in insurance and this is a huge liability issue and that people sue over things like that.
Just be aware you secured into the rides when you go:9
