Stylish, spacious rooms, dog friendly, a top spot.
Bluestone Motor Inn的点评
点评：I heard about the Bluestone in 2021 when I was searching for places to stop en route to Darwin with my two dogs, and I'd heard from locals that it was newly renovated. This proved to be true, not only were my two (very clean, quiet and well behaved) dogs made welcome but the rooms were indeed newly renovated. They were beautifully done up in greys and coffee colours, very classy and stylish for this little one-horse town! The rooms were also very large, with tons of rooms for the dog beds (first I laid down a large clean sheet so that no dog hairs could transfer to the carpets) as well as my bags. The beds and pillows were comfy, and all other amenities were spot on, including cooling airconditioners and fans. Another bonus point about the Bluestone is its restaurant. It has a very good menu, in a cool and clean restaurant, most pleasant. For dog owners, not far away around the corner, at the rear of the hotel, is a large area of waste ground, ideal for that last nighttime and first early morning necessary dog walk. I've since stayed at the Bluestone a couple more times without the dogs, on my journeys between Alice Springs and Darwin, and I think I'd put the Bluestone at the top of my favourite hotels in the whole 1500 kilometer journey. Consequently I will be back next time. Note, the hotel is the first hotel on your left if you are driving north, and the last hotel on your right if you are driving south out of Tennant Creek.
