Terrible service, old and dirty accomodation

Old, tired and dirty in places.
Reserved a Queen Deluxe Room, got given the keys to only go into the room and find people in there, back to reception to get another room.
Next day they didn’t service the room, so had to call for new towels. Then the following day they said they will ensure that housekeeping attends, and guess what - the room wasn’t serviced again. That’s 3 days in a row. They showed me a piece of paper stating that the room was to be serviced, however it was highlighted in orange meaning they didn’t do it. Manager didn’t know why so again offered a couple of spare towels.
Room has holes in the walls, stains on furniture, dust and dirty carpet. Cushions on the bed would not have been washed since the place opened. Not surpassing given the housekeeping standards (or lack there of).
Regional towns deserve a better standard of accommodation that befits the natural beauty of its environment. It’s a shame that this olace lets the visitor down from every perspective.
