On our bucket list for sometime, and it did not disappoint
All Seasons Houseboats的点评
点评：We had just the best time!.
We rented the Shannon for 7 nights for the two of us, and it was just amazing! From our initial contact to book (where we needed to sort a few dates) through to disembarking, the team at All Seasons Houseboats were fantastic.
We found the staff incredibly friendly - just the right amount of contact to keep us feeling safe, but still adventurous.
The Murray is magical to explore, and we managed to tuck a cool 160km odd under our belt over that time (from as far up stream as near Bonnie Doon all the way downstream to Wentworth and back again). Traversing Locks, bridges that needed to be raised for us, through to using our polycraft to get supplies and winter campfires with great red wine!
I can appreciate how lovely it is in Summer, but we just loved our winter cruise. Every night was magical, the mornings spectacular, and the river teemed with bird life (Pelicans, Swans, Geese, Wedge Tail Eagles, Cormorants, Herons, ducks/ducklings, Butcher birds, Kookaburras etc).
The house boat remained warm with the heat pump, and a roof top spa every night made sure we were never too cold while adventuring.
