点评:Went to order some lunch. Very busy with a line up. I placed my order, when it was ready, I noticed I didn’t have a serving of chips. Now I understand with wearing face masks it may of been a miscommunication. So I asked if there was chips to this order, the guy with the long red beard who took the order was visibly annoyed by me asking, and when I opened my order, they probably heard 3 pieces of fish, instead of serving of chips. The other staff did fix up the order and I payed for what was missed. That guy that served me, instantly became defensive, and even when I said, I understand you guys are busy, and thank you. He was rude and abrupt, and made me feel like I put him out and his attitude was appalling. To the point where I was an inconvenience to him. I was polite and said that I hope they do have a nice day. While I showed nothing but kindness and respect during a peak hour at lunch time. Disappointing that as a customer, I was treated like rubbish. I’m all for supporting local businesses but not when one employee in particular are horrible to the customers. Poor form.
