点评:I ordered an online order at 402pm and arrived at the drive through at 410pm. I was told there would be a wait of a few minutes for fresh chips. I parked and waited with my infant daughter in the car who just got out of surgery. At 430pm I went inside and asked what the hold up was and was told there was no chicken and they cooking more. Come 445pm they handed me a bag and everything was just thrown in the bag chips all through the paper bag, popcorn chicken all through the bag and the chicken dripping all through the bag.
The manager on duty, shaun looked in the bag and threw the whole order in the bin and the said they will fix it. And I said that I said it wasn’t packed correctly not to throw it out and he informed it was his policy.
Then Shelly came out and showing me the docket saying everything was in the pack and I informed her that wasn’t the issue everything was just thrown in there
I was then told by Shaun that there will be another 14 minute wait for fresh chicken and he told me he wanted to refund. I told him I wanted the order.
I has taken me an hour and a half to recieve an order that I am certain won’t be satisfying.
No idea by a kfc that wasn’t even busy can’t keep up with the pace of fresh chicken and chips.
