点评：We wanted something quick for breakfast and grab some lunch for our road travels. We stayed at Cotswold Gardens Armidale and Moxons Bakery was only a 3-minute walking distance in Marsh Street. Staff are friendly and very helpful to make your choice easier. We were pleasantly surprised that the bakery provides a wide range of hot pies, sausage rolls and much more. They stock delicious small cakes / pastries and yes… salad rolls ready early morning (silverside, chicken and ham salad rolls). We had ‘Egg & Bacon’ roll - wrapped in foil, ‘Spinach & Feta’ roll, ‘Apricot Danish’, Brownies and one of each salad rolls to go – all products baked and the salad rolls / sandwiches made freshly on the day. We had our egg and bacon roll outside their store – they have outdoors table and chairs, which we used and a rubbish bin conveniently located at the front. Egg and Bacon roll was delicious and filling – however, my daughter is not a fan of BBQ sauce but ate it anyway. I’m sure they would have made an egg and bacon roll with tomato sauce, had we asked. Their Apricot Danish was delicious but we didn’t really like their brownies – it was sickly sweet. Their salad rolls were so refreshing and with generous amount of fresh salad fillings – most satisfying and filling rolls that we had for lunch. Great place for quick and fresh products to take with you on the road or picnics – highly recommend this place. Oh… I was going to be daring and try something different but had a last-minute change of mind. They have ‘Italian Sausage Roll’. I asked what’s in that roll and the lovely lady told me Italian spice and capsicum. I regret it for not buying one, just to try it – perhaps next time I’m in Armidale again.
