Never ever again. I'm shocked.

点评：Filthy water. Screaming children with parents who encourage the screaming. When I asked (via a phone call from the pool) if they sold ear plugs a parent became enraged and said I should go elsewhere. I wasn't speaking to this man (another patron) but he decided to listen to my phone call and then involved his group of 4 adults which was extremely intimidating.
I didn't feel I could exit the pool until he was out of the way. I didn't speak to any other patron before nor after this exchange.
When I informed management they spoke to him and his group and said they couldn't remove him because he was with his family and because it was "he said/she said".
This man harassed me because I asked someone else if they sold earplugs. He involved himself by listening to my phone call. I didn't speak or even look at him before this.
I left in tears. This man had no such issue. He got to stay.
I am repulsed by Oropi Hot Pools and their lack of action. Never ever again.
