Zealandier Tours的点评

I cannot praise Zealandier Tours highly enough for the quality of their Rotorua Geothermal Wonderland and Cultural Tour. When we arrived at Whakarewarewa we were personally met by the chief of the village who was kind enough to personally guide us through his Maori village perched on top of the geothermal springs. His patient explanation of their extraordinary lifestyle and village was fascinating and was capped by the Maori villagers singing and dancing which is at the heart of their culture. It was my first experience with the waka and not to be forgotten.
As if this was not enough, I forgot my backpack containing my passport when we had lunch at the Rotoruru mall. By the time I realized that I had lost my passport we were hours from the mall. Our tour guide, John, and our driver, Rolf, were kind and supportive throughout my ordeal and their calm persistence in making repeated phone calls and assisting me in contacting the police during the Holidays were rewarded when they located my backpack at the Rotoruru mall. Jan, the owner of the tour company then raced through the countryside over a hundred miles to safely deliver my backpack and passport to me before my cruise ship left port. Clearly, Zealandier Tours goes above and beyond to enure that their customers have a positive experience.
