点评：I was reluctant to return to this restaurant as I had already had a bad experience the last two times I went. I merely returned due to it being a friend’s choice for her birthday. The waitress we had was lovely and two of the younger gentlemen at the bar were also very nice and helpful. My disgruntlement came when we specifically ordered the happy hour cocktail (special was from 7-9pm) and on our watches it was 7pm and then when we went to pay we were charged the full price. When we questioned it we were met with a snooty attitude by the female manager behind the bar and apparently according to their system we ordered it at 657pm (yet we only got them at 720). We just didn’t appreciate the sass but also most other places would have just given us the happy hour price or at least if you go order the one drink on special three minutes before happy hour starts then maybe be good about it and inform the customer “hey actually if you wait three minutes it will be $6 cheaper”. This is my first ever trip advisor review and I have only taken the time to do so because I have actually had it with that place and their beyond poor customer service and certainly the attitude of a lot of the senior staff. I will strongly encourage people to go elsewhere in Napier as there are so many other amazing restaurants and cocktail bars.
