Some issues to sort.

点评：Check in staff were lovely and welcoming. Advised that parking in their car park was difficult so managed to find a space on the road.
Inside was like a rabbit warren with poor signage. It appears that there is an extension of rooms across other building along with businesses. Quite strange.
Room was very clean and large overlooking the river but there were issues.
Windows were already open but I couldn’t close them they were so tall, even when standing on furniture. One of the catches was missing anyway. This meant for a really early wake up with trucks passing on the outside road. Shower is over the bath with a few steps us, quite awkward if you are short or have mobility issues. Used the iron which just poured water on to my clothes and was terrible. The ironing board had backing but no cover which was awful to use.
Overall it was fine but I would stay elsewhere next time.
