I'm literally the only one in there except for the barista's friend. The barista is a young kid with a smile like a tombstone graveyard. He keeps chatting away and after the time it usually takes to make a coffee I check to see what's happening. I make eye contact, he sees me, keeps talking. Again, I'm the only customer in there. Then I interrupt and say, "I ordered a large flat white". He says, "Oh, sorry, I must have missed that". (Thank god you've got that faceless system in place to make things more efficient, right?) When he finally makes it and gives it to me he gets right in my face as if he's prompting me for a response. W@nker.
It was a Saturday. It seems it's very bad service when the manager is away.
That was the last time I go there. It's simply not worth the hassle.
