点评：THE worst experience ever. Went to the Family Quiz night on the 18/4/23. 4 Adults and 2 12 year olds. The place was packed. 2 Staff on the bar, queues for food and drinks. We then waited 2 hours for our meal. When it finally came out the pasta was terrrible and stuck to the plate! When we tried to pay our bill there was several items missing from the bill which told them about and we tried to pay. Manager said don't worry about it as an apology for the delay in food. We got home and then received an aggressive message to say we left without paying the bill!! The manger on duty there was the most rude, arrogant person I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. Please note we went back the next day and paid the balance of our bill. We will not be back that's for sure! Sad really as we used to take our kids there when they were younger. Bad food, bad service and dreadful dining experience.
