点评：Leafe Cafe in Newmarket is a hidden gem located at the corner of Westfield 277, and it offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for brunch enthusiasts. During our visit, we decided to try their Leafe Big Breakfast, and it did not disappoint.
The Leafe Big Breakfastis a generous and indulgent plate of deliciousness. It features all the brunch essentials: crispy streaky bacon, eggs cooked to your preference, flavorful breakfast sausages, perfectly seasoned herbed mushrooms, golden hash browns, and a delightful tomato chutney 🥓🍳🍄🌭. The creamy hollandaise sauce drizzled over everything was a highlight, adding a rich and velvety texture to the dish. The toasted ciabatta🍞 served alongside was an ideal accompaniment for soaking up all those flavours. We also tried the Korean fried chicken🧆.This unconventional addition to the classic big breakfast is a bold and delightful surprise. The crispy, succulent chicken paired surprisingly well with the traditional breakfast items, creating a fusion of flavors that left our taste buds thoroughly satisfied.To complete the meal, we enjoyed a well-brewed Americano☕ which provided a balanced and refreshing contrast to the hearty breakfast.
