点评：We aren't the whining type but from the get go this teenager did not seem at all interested in customer service. He didn't speak clearly and he kept repeating himself even when we would try to correct him. In the end we drove up to his window. I put my order in for 3 filet of fish with extra tartare sauce and a hot chocolate. My friend asked for a Big Mac Meal. I checked the window and read the order. I told him no there is a Big Mac MEAL missing. He said you ordered a Hot Chocolate and it went back n forth. He sulk away in the corner and became withdrawn so we paid and went to the next window in an attempt to complete the order. They argued with us so in the end we just left wirh 3 filet of fish, hot chocolate and the Big Mac Burger. When we got home our food was stale and the filets were like leather, dry and not even edible. The staff were all young and even the Manager looked like he did not care. He stood around sitting against the benches, laughing with a scruffy looking boy, there was no leadership here. Anyway, it was Disgusting service and food.
