点评:I was one of a group of 7 who ate here tonight. I ordered chicken parmi, with 'skin on fries' and salad, off the menu.
I have eaten at many restaurants around Australia, and NEVER have 'chips/fries' been served as 'skin on fries'. Skin on fries is just as it's name states.... potatoes cooked with the skin STILL ON the potato.
I politely mentioned to the waitress that I'd ordered 'skin on fries' and her reply was "that's what they are" (meaning my chips).
So I started to eat a couple of chips (which were cold).
My partner went to the bar and told them my chips were cold, so, to their credit they returned my dish with hot chips........the salad was lovely, as was the chicken parmi. But I left the chips on the plate. If I'd wanted chips I woukd have gone to a fish and chip shop. The 1st photo is their menu, clearly stating Skin on fries. The 2nd is what Skin on friescare supposed to look like.
