点评:I usually visit with some colleagues to buy cakes and such for afternoon tea. The service isn't always pleasant, but today was particularly bad. We noticed some VERY bad customer service and decided to leave. A lady at the counter asked for her sandwich to be removed from the toaster. She was rudely spoken to, told it had to stay in the toaster for longer, a time was given but didn't catch that. She then explained she had to leave, so please take it out. I dont know why the girl in the ponytail was so argumentative with the customer, but the customer told her not to argue next time, a polite applogy is what should've happened. Im appalled, too. We left. I won't return. That service was shocking, and what made it worse is that I was with an international client who heard it all. That girl needs retraining in customer service. There are plenty of bakery's to choose from I'm going to Perrymans from now on.
