点评：Lovely hotel and grounds. My wife and I booked the Gin experience weekend end (definitely recommend it) we booked in at reception greeted by a lovely lady who was very welcoming and helpful. In the evening we went to the reception and the young lady arranged for us to be driven over to the castle for our Gin tour. We were take by a gentleman Mr Gareth Jones. Gareth drove us to the castle through the grounds, he told us all about the academies there and about the Welsh rugby training camp. Which I enjoyed being a rugby fan. After the Gin tour we returned to the hotel where we hand a lovely evening meal and an enjoyable night.
In the morning we were walking through the reception where we met Gareth who recognised us straight away and he politely inquired about our Gin tour and stay at the resort he escorted us to the restaurant and we chatted on out way.
We like to thank all the staff for their welcome and professionalism and thank Gareth for his tour to the castle and his greeting in the morning which made us feel relaxed Gareth you have great into personality skills thank you.
We will definitely be booking again at the Vale hotel.
