点评：Stumbled across this restaurant whilst extended stay here at surfers, was here to check out the Harris Farm Fresh Food supermarket . Decided to come for dinner with better half and niece who came up for couple nights stay from Melbourne , she's a bit of a food aficionado , especially Asian fusion. so perfect for us as we also enjoy Asian fusion.
Madame Fu's in the Capri complex - very nice ambience with water views of the canals
Great table service with good drinks list
The food menu also very good - enough variety to entice without over complicating by having to much. Good selections for both vegetarians, vegans and gluten free snobs
For the three of us we chose dumplings for an entree to share , with 3 x mains also to share. ended up with doggie bag to take some home as not over generous proportions - the food is very rich and flavoursome with lingering tastes. can recommend the Pork belly and the crispy eggplant , excellent.
Will return soon with our next lot of guests , as within easy walk from our apartment,
maybe our next go to restaurant with this stay.
Well done Madame Fu , made even better by our great service from our attentive Kiwi waiter. see ya soon
