点评：Special dinner for 3 people last night before I flew back to Melbourne. What a schmozzle. Entrees were okay. Real problem began with the main meals. Sizzling squid served on a plate wasn’t supplied as their fire alarms set off by the plate. We ordered as described on the menu. When the dish came we asked the young waitress if this was the dish we ordered… it looked like rubbery little porcupine in a braised stock and was lukewarm. We spoke to 3 wait staff and a chef. All they would say is that there was a small sign as you walked into the restaurant that stated no sizzle plates will be served. Really! It wasn’t cooked on a sizzle plate or extra hot fry pan in the kitchen either. The chef we to spoke said it was cooked in a wok. Both he and the wait staff kept repeating that they were changing the menu soon. Just bad management all around.
