点评：Very disappointed after supporting this local hotel for a very long time. Chef and kitchen staff are very professional, tonight I gave this hotel the last opportunity to deliver and was most disappointed. After ordering a few beers the young lady behind the bar suggested I’m a bit worried that doesn’t look right. Well yes she was right, it was flat they didn’t even have any head on them and was like drinking water. So very politely I mentioning to the bar staff there seems to be something going on with the beer she straight away called the what I believe was the duty manager and she held a small amount up in the air and glared at me what made me far from impressed. Didn’t come to see me as I wasn’t making a complaint I was just being nice about it. I manage a lot of staff and would suggest the owner to look into what is going on, I feel you need someone that will recognise the people that are supporting you and look after them. No complementary wings for the third time even after asking what happened with the wings tonight. I’d deeply recommend you do something immediately with your management and training as this is loosing you business. So unprofessional unless things change I wouldn’t bother to return
