点评：Firstly, the quality of the food is good and the staff were very pleasant. So there is a lot of potential. However, there is either serious organisational problems on the floor or in the kitchen (or both) and this is not good. There were long delays between taking orders and service and between courses. Far worse was having to ask 3 times for the missing side dishes and chips that were supposed to come with the steaks we ordered. I had virtually finished my steak before the chips finally came out and I was eating slowly. Asking multiple times for the missing 2 side dishes plus chips is really not good. The food is at a price point where other very good competitors will get my money before I would consider going back. This is a shame as the food and staff were good but I’m not interested in a chaotic dining experience when paying $100 a head. I hope they get their act together soon.
