点评：Não havia wi-fi no quarto. Mas quando li sobre o hotel disse wifi grátis. Então eu presumi que seria acessível para os clientes. O único wifi funcionando estava no lobby e era muito longe do bamgalo. O café da manhã também foi decepcionante, primeiro dia foi OK, segundo dia muitas coisas que pedimos não foram entregues, terceiro dia foi realmente miserável, as frutas estavam maduras e a quantidade não era suficiente para uma pessoa. Pedimos mais e disseram que não tinham. Meu namorado também pediu uma tapioca que nunca veio. No geral, o café da manhã funciona a lá carte, então você pré seleciona o que quer para que tenham no dia seguinte, porém não é isso que acontece porque precisamos ficar lembrando nosso pedido, e como mencionado anteriormente também foi ignorado.
Itens como shampoo, condicionador e sabonete, não foram suficientes. No primeiro dia não havia shampoo e no último dia nada foi substituído. O que significa que não havia nada para tomar banho.
Em relação ao quarto, a rede mosquito disponível estava em condições muito ruins. Havia tantos buracos que o mosquito podia entrar e sair facilmente.
No geral, o hotel basicamente era muito caro para o que foi entregue. Eu não ficaria lá novamente se eu voltar para a ilha.
There was not wifi in the room. But when I read about the hotel it said free wifi. So I presumed it would be accessible for the clients. The only wifi working was in the lobby and it was really far from the bamgalo. The breakfast was disappointing as well, first day was OK, second day many things we asked was not delivered, third day it was really miserable, the fruits were overripe and the quantity was not enough for one person. We asked for more and they said they didn't have it. My boyfriend also asked a tapioca that never came. Overall, the breakfast works a lá carte, so you pré select what you want so they have on the next day, however this is not what happens because we need to keep reminding our order, and as mentioned before it was ignored as well.
Item such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, were not enought. The first day there was no shampoo and last day nothing was replaced. Which mean there was nothing to have a shower with.
Regarding the room, the moskito net available was in really poor condition. There was so.many holes that the moskito could fly in and out easily.
Overall, the hotel basically was too expensive for that it was delivered. I would not stay over there again if I come back to the island.
