Sid's Pomato Point Restaurant的点评
点评：I went to Sid's Pomato Point Restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and followed all the rules, including preordering before 3 PM. I spoke with a server on the phone, who assured me we could get an 8 PM reservation since we had prior plans for horseback riding. However, while on our way, a staff member called to say they do not take 8 PM reservations, and we would have to take our food to go.
Despite explaining that we had followed all the required steps, there was no effort to resolve the situation or offer any form of accommodation. When we arrived, I saw other guests still dining, so I asked if we could at least sit and eat inside since we were dressed for the occasion. The staff refused, saying they were packing up, even though diners were still at their tables. We were given no discount or apology and ended up eating in the car outside. Even after leaving and coming back later, the restaurant still had lights on, which made the experience feel even more frustrating.
That being said, the food itself was amazing. 10/10, highly recommend. However, the service was disappointing.
