I visited zero grade crown on Sunday 17/7/22 afternoon 4 pm with my family, not many customers at the time , but plenty of staff about 4 of them.
Purchased 3 x seperate serves of 1 scoop of Gelati in a cup $7.00 each and 1 x 2 scoop Gelati in a cup $8.00
The person serving gave me a pathetic small scoop of Gelati in their single scoop Gelati cup just 1 cm above the rim of the cup. My opinion poor quantity of Gelati for $7.00 which is higher price than any other gelateria around Victoria. The 2 scoop Gelati I received was only 1 and 1/2 small scoop for $8.00
For $29.00 I received 4 Gelati of pathetic quantity.
I can get more than twice the size of their 1 scoop at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie in Yarra Glen. Their 1 scoop for $5.80.
I will never go to zero gradi again anywhere in Victoria.
I do not recommend them to anyone.
Extremely unfair particularly your paying a higher price than anyone else. I understand they are paying more rent because it’s crown. At least be fair with the portion size. They need to improve the size or I will go to BACI up the river. My family and I go to crown for a day out at least once a month and always enjoy a Gelati.
At the moment many families are struggling with their house hold budgets. So to go out and enjoy a treat and be shafted this way is completely unfair trading.
