The Worlds End Pub的点评
点评：The c.17th century World's End pub is in a wonderful location and it could be Tilbury's crowning glory - especially as it's the only pub left in the vicinity. Being reopened under new management since 2023, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, our experience was pretty much dire. The whole place looks tacky and grubby. Two of the three toilets didn't flush and there was no toilet paper. The entrance light to them had a mind bending strobe effect as the bulb needed changing. The menus were grubby and there were no vegan options. They had no vegetarian mushrooms. The garden (basically with an adjoining lorry park) was too unkempt to sit in, despite the good views of historic Tilbury Fort. Having said all that, the person who served us yesterday was charming, helpful and lovely, and the food we had - bread and salad - was fresh and tasty. BUT, PLEASE spruce up the pub and make it a place worth visiting and recommending. Thank you.
