点评：I visited the Starbucks today (19/09/2023) at their Chaguanas Location and received the most deplorable service. I frequent both the Starbucks locations at Gulf City Mall and Price Plaza, (Movietown, Port-of- Spain) and they have always provided top tier service and are always efficient with the time taken
to execute orders. On this particular day however at the aforementioned location the cashier appeared to be quite annoyed and unfriendly when taking my order and the service time was a disaster. I waited for 20 minutes and only received one of the 2 hot beverages I ordered. I waited another 5 minutes at the counter and realized that they had completely ignored the other drink order and placed the cup to the side, and mixed it up with the incoming drive thru orders. When I asked the cashier about the waiting time for the other beverage, the barista put a rush on it and handed me a beverage that tasted burnt. At this point in time I left because I was not prepared to wait for the item to be remade. Also, can we have the supervisor of that location tell their staff to not strategically place their name plates behind their aprons, hence the reason I cannot place the blame on the two individuals that are responsible for my horrid experience.
