点评：We came over from Essex to meet our friends here with our 3 children, 1 of whom was 17. We were expecting a welcoming experience however our 17 year old was ID'd as expected but received a 'We don't believe you" response from the female bar staff when he said he was not drinking alcohol, just coke. Also at 830pm my son was approached by security and was asked for ID again (we were all just chatting at a table). The security guard told him he had to leave at 930pm as he was a child. Knowing this, the security guard then approached my son another 3 times telling him he had to leave by 930pm - it wasn't yet 930. This was very intimidating for my son. Once the security guard knew he was a child, they should have then approached us,not him. I will be looking at their safeguarding policies for sure, as this was not acceptable. Also I cannot find anywhere on their website, booking platform, or at our table, which states that minors need to leave by 930pm. Just before we left at 930pm I went to the toilet and as I came out, that same security guard body walked into me as I was leaving. This is also NOT OK.
