Avoid. Don’t fulfill orders and no customer service

点评：I have been a big fan and sent many friends here. I have spent thousands with them. Now it is a scam and nothing more. Two orders in July cancelled after six days each time. I even emailed and they confirmed the stock was there AFTER I placed my second order.
I was then told they ship orders to people that pay more for priority so even though my order was first they will happily use my orders stock for someone that ordered AFTER me if they pay more then cancel my order 6-7 days after. They then try to pass a credit for a future order I assume they will also not ship until you demand a refund.
Like others I have tried calling. Right at 10 min is says transferring then says no one available and drops call. Calling the 613 number same just says no one and drops immediately. I emailed and asked to have someone call. No one will reply or have anyone call.
So basically pay for premium shipping for get scammed, a cancelled, order, no customer service, and given the middle finger.
Thousands spent but they don’t care, won’t engage, and won’t fulfil orders.
I guess cheap is cheap but if you can’t get product - well it ain’t cheap then. I am going back to my former place - I pay more but I actually get the product and from a company that actually appreciates my business. Cigar Chief is not that place anymore. Very sad. Use to be top notch. Wish someone cared there and would make changes.
