Debra and I enjoyed a truly unforgettable meal that began with a mouthwatering selection of antipasti: prosciutto, coppa, salami, mozzarella, creamy homemade ricotta drizzled with honey, grilled zucchini, and artichokes baked with cheese and breadcrumbs. This was followed by a local specialty—handmade cicatielli pasta served with a rich, savory meat sauce. Every bite was a celebration of Campanian tradition.
But it wasn’t just the food that made the day so special. Sharing this experience with Nicola and his wonderful mamma added a layer of meaning and joy we’ll never forget.
