点评：One of the worst experiences dinning wise ever. We had a booking at 12 and was 10 minutes late. When we arrived and sat down we we told we have 2 hours and they need the table back. No welcome. We ordered drinks and then sat there with no menus for 20 minutes. We had to ask for menus then sat for another 15 minutes waiting to order at which point I went to the bar and the owner told me someone will come to your table. I explained we had been told we only had two hours and she snapped back yes because you was late.
Once ordered we then sat with no instruction on if we go up to the carvery or wait. We then had to ask again what do we do.
The whole experience we felt we were rushed. The veg on the carvery was stone cold and at that rate we couldnt be bothered to complain as we onlu had 30 minutes left.
I went to the toliet and as I was coming back I heard a waitress moan about us and say that they need to hurry us up because the next table is here. In which waitresses were just constantly coming to the table.
It was meant to be a lovely family Christmas meal but was the worst experience dining I've ever had
