点评：Outstanding experience... gorgeous and intimate Japanese restaurant off the beaten path. Perfect for couples and small groups. Interior is stunning and service exceptional - fast, knowledgeable and personable.
But most importantly it is some of the best Japanese food we have eaten in Australia. The menu is changed daily and it literally had a date printed on it. Not the most sustainable thing to do, but loved knowing that menu is built around seasonal produce available at the time! Meals were all super fresh with a nice twist... I was obsessed with all the green peppercorn used locally grown in Springbrook.
We had the 8 course menu where the chef will cook a selection of favourites, and while other diners also ordered the same, we noticed variations between what was served. This just added to intrigue and surprise.... and a little jealousy... and we cannot wait to go back!
Cannot recommend highly enough. It is an experience.... so much so that I took not photos as I wanted to savour the moment!
