点评：Me and my family booked the lounge a week before our flight to Kos. We’re 7 people and for whatever reason, bookings of more than 6 people were not allowed, so we booked separately as groups of 3 and 4.
All seemed well until we arrived and went to check in. The woman at the desk told us we couldn’t enter because despite the fact that we booked separately, because the bookings were under the same name, they assumed that we would try to sit together. We tried to ensure them that we wouldn’t, that we’re all adults and will follow the rules, but we were still denied entry.
We believe that the lounge may have been over booked, but whether they were overbooked or because they didn’t want us sitting together, both reasons are incredibly stupid. We could kind of tell by the way she was speaking that she had no plan to let us in. What’s really annoying is that there was so much time between the booking and the checkin to tell us we wouldn’t be able to get in, and they waited until we finally got there to tell us.
We left feeling very upset and annoyed that the start to our holiday was ruined, but looking at the other reviews, it doesn’t look like we missed out on much.
