People (especially the owner)' food (Peruvian but also other styles) and location ( you literally sit next to one of the oldest sacral sites in South America) are all great at Buongiorno. Filomena, the owner, has a simple recipe for success: serve great quality at a price that everybody can afford. So now there is a hotel with the same name on the Plaza de Armas in Chavin and a café in Huaraz, a good four hour drive from there, all under her able management. How do you know you get the best? The locals frequent her enterprises too, and they know where they get the best bang for their buck. If you are lucky enough to meet her ask why her companies all carry the same name, she'll be happy to explain to you exactly how she learned her first word in Italy...
