点评：CONS:
1. NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER - before we said yes to the guy who assisted us in the ocular, he mentioned that hot and cold water was available but later at night, we found out that no hot water was available. we requested a room transfer but directly told us that no more available rooms that night without even checking if there were any.
2. WE THOUGHT THIS WAS KID FRIENDLY AS WHAT IS POSTED ON THEIR FB PAGE - no one informed us that inflatables will only be available at a certain time. when we checked in at 5 pm, there were no inflatables when we got outside of the room. No hotdogs/nuggets or other kid-friendly foods are available on the menu for breakfast.
3. I LEFT MY WATCH AND WAS GONE - The housekeeping attendant was not eager to help me when I told her that my watch was left inside the room, she just said "wala pong nakita" and the investigation only happened when I told them all these concerns.
4. Kindly send the front office and housekeeping staff on training how to be proper when handling guests for I was being transferred to a couple of people regarding these concerns.
5. Buttered Chicken is very bad. I ordered this for the kids but made the wrong decision.
6. Payment was a bit of a hassle for it should be done at the admin office beside the entrance and not in the front desk area.
7. Price/Rate was not worthy of the service/food.
PROS:
The place was good for its beautiful viewing deck and we had a picnic in the open area.
The restaurant staff are kind and attentive to details, I appreciate their initiative to give the high chair to my baby.
