点评：Attempted to dine around 2pm. April 3 2022
Upon entering we asked the guard if we could check first the restaurant to see if their would be seats and if the menu is liked by my family of 13 people, guard mentioned that there is payment of 50 pesos per head by just entering the premise and that it would be free if we ate at the place, asked NICELY if he could check first if seats are available which he declined and mentioned he could not check.
Arriving at the restaurant, place was chaotic no numbers were given to waiting customers and no seats were available, the system their is to wait like VULTURES for a table, after 10mins of waiting we got a table to which the waiter approached us and said serving time is 45mins to an hour.
Upon hearing it we just opted to find another place since I am with kids hungry enough to be "the Hulk" i mentioned about the 50pesos payment per head and have him waive the said charges since we did not do anything at their place in which he coordinated to the people at their gate and admin office.
And when exiting guard knows me so i thought all is good until a manager came out and said its their policy that we should pay upon entering the place, take note that they put on a paper time we entered so they knew that we have not even spent 20mins inside we have to argue with them for 15mins just so they can understand how crappy their system is.
Place is beyond terrible this place needs to close for retraining, do not get me wrong the place vicinity has potential but if you have bad service plus bad system that would be a waste of money for the owners and investors
