点评：We booked a table for 4 for 7.30pm, we arrived a few minutes early and we were shown to a table at 7.25pm, at nearly 8pm we were still waiting to order drinks😩 when we finally got them the scene was already set, this wasn’t going to be a great night!!
We ordered our food and seemed to wait an age for the starters to arrive, which were good… Duck & pancakes arrived at which stage we ordered another round of drinks as we were all empty, we only had 6 pancakes between 4 of us which wasn’t great, we finished the duck and the drinks still hadn’t arrived, when we questioned a waitress on the whereabouts of our drinks it transpired they were not even ordered as the waiter had forgotten them😡
Finally got the drinks and main courses which would have been better if they were hotter but hey hoy by this stage we were all starving.
When the bill arrived it included a £12 gratuity which we told them to remove as the service had been so poor, at this stage there was no apology they just took the money…
We have been here before and although we are fully aware it’s not fine dining venue the service really let them down.
