点评：I was here in belleview 5 mins ago . I'm very disappointed and mad when the staff talked with me . I usually come here for a coffee because I liked the place and even I take frappe but when today I asked for a frappe and the staff just mentioned me no we don't have and the way she said that I don't like it at all . She looked very angry . Her face was like she doesn't want us there . because I was planning to take some food aswell . And when we asked for the menu she came and put Infront of me like I don't deserve it sit there. I mean what's wrong to her . And my friend he ordered iced coffee and the another lady she bring us coffee I asked her why you don't serve frappe? And then she mention me I will check in bar . And I came to know she is a supervisor there . This is not acceptable. well if you don't have frappe in menu then why you served us twice before when we came there . We will never come back there . Very very disappointed. I really don't want to write here but I'm feeling very bad and I can't forget the way she talked with me .
