Ordered a entrecôte and a green salad instead of French fries. In comes the meat with French fries and no salad. Changed it and got what I ordered.
When the entrecôte that was ordered medium rare came on the table it was totally cooked to pieces. I was now informed that it was overnight baked and can only be had like infant food with no texture at all.
I asked why this was not informed when I ordered it medium rare, where they started to lie to me that this was informed. Total lie
I got up and left my plate untouched and a beer with more than half left. Offered to pay for the beer.
Then they say that I have to pay for the food and at most could get a discount. I refused and only paid for beer.
The entrecôte was totally grey and like sponge and fell to pieces. The food would no real chef be proud of and the service is really totally disrespectful and awful.
Went to Blackstone steakhouse across the street instead. I recommend all to do that.
